Refund Policy—Annual Plans Only

If you cancel your annual Subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service within 14 days of placing your annual Subscription order, you will automatically receive a full refund. You can cancel by clicking the 'Cancel' button for your subscription in https://erank.com/settings. Any bank fees and charges shall be borne solely by you.

This guarantee does not apply to any other Subscriptions or purchases, including monthly Subscriptions or one-time Subscriptions.

Cancellation After the Guarantee Period: After the 14-day period, your annual Subscription is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any unused months even if you cancel before the current Subscription period ends. Your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current Subscription period.

Except as set forth in this Refund Policy or elsewhere in the Terms of Service, or except as expressly approved by eRank in writing, all payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for Subscriptions that have been prepaid.
